Two-column quote form
A useful Simonis request should include the table count, table sizes, current cloth age, preferred color, room type, and whether the goal is balanced tournament play or a faster response. If the room is already open, add notes about staff cleaning habits, spill history, league schedules, and any table numbers that receive heavier use.
For dealer requests, include the sample program, display table size, expected inventory, and the customer questions that are difficult to answer at the counter. For event rooms, include setup date, takedown date, humidity concerns, and the number of tables that must match visually. Simonis can then respond with a cleaner comparison instead of a generic product paragraph.
